A den on this level provides sofa seating and a mounted flat screen TV. Entertainment is king on the first floor that opens up to a lively recreation room with hardwood floors, pool table and mounted flat screen TV to broadcast your favorite sporting events. The trendy media room has custom seating for five, a big screen TV and 5.1 Dolby Surround sound. A kitchenette sports bar serves both areas and is fully outfitted with a sink, microwave, dishwasher, full refrigerator, icemaker and table with four chairs. A half bath and laundry facilities are conveniently located. This level is completed with two king suites with flatscreen TVs and private bathrooms, one is oceanfront with direct access to the furnished covered deck.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: Ramp access to home and elevator accesses all three levels. Ground level bedroom with two twin beds has a bathroom with roll-under sink and low barrier shower with seat and grab bar. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Call our office for more details.
Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand accumulation to cover the walkway and gazebo floor at this home. At times, sand can fill the gazebo.
