The top floor great room is awash with calming, beachy tones and features a flat screen HDTV. Two dining tables are able to accommodate large groups, and the chefs in the house will delight in the well-equipped kitchen with island bar seating. A Keurig is available (bring own K Cups). The king bedroom on this floor is a place for rejuvenation, offering a 32" flat screen TV and offers a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. You can access the sundeck from the bedroom or great room.

Updates for 2023: The full bathrooms on the ground and first floors were renovated with new fixtures, tile, flooring, and lighting. New pool liner installed.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
