The ground floor provides two bedrooms that share a full bath. One is furnished with a queen bed with direct oceanfront access, and the second sun-filled room provides two twin beds. A half bath is centrally located on this level. The recreation lounge provides a regulation size pool table, 50" flat screen TV, kitchenette with sink, microwave, and full refrigerator, and a door leading to the outdoor amenities. Down the hall, there is a separate room for playing foosball.

The first floor is home to a variety of cheerful bedroom suites, including two oceanfront king bedrooms with views, private baths (one special access shower) and direct access to the oceanside covered deck. A third king bedroom with a private bath is also on this level. There is a fourth bedroom with a king bed and a bedroom that is equipped with two pyramid bunks. These two rooms share close proximity to a full hallway bath. A large laundry room on this floor has two washer and two dryer units and countertops for easy laundry folding. A hot tub is on the oceanside covered deck.

The second floor features a sunny and open great room with abundant windows to showcase commanding ocean views, and ample comfortable seating positioned around a seasonal fireplace and flat screen TV. Plenty of counter space is available in the unique U-shaped kitchen, with abundant storage, two dishwashers, range/oven, full refrigerator with ice maker, under counter wine cooler, Keurig, and microwave. Doors lead from the great room to an oceanfront sun deck offering heightened views of the Atlantic. A half bath is conveniently located on this level. A king bedroom on this floor offers a private bathroom with a double vanity and a shower, and a door leading to a covered deck that can also be accessed by the sliding glass door in the dining area.
