Bedding on the ground floor includes a king bedroom with a private bath, a bedroom with two twin bunks, and a queen bedroom that has access to the bathroom that is also accessible by the rec room. All three bedrooms have Smart TVs, and both bathrooms have shower/tubs. Laundry facilities are centrally located.

Stepping outside into the fully-fenced private pool area, you'll feel the sense of relaxation wash over you. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, spread your towel across one of the many poolside loungers to catch some rays, or belly up to the cabana bar that overlooks the pool area for some shade while still being part of the outdoor fun. For those who like being active, a basketball hoop is located in the driveway (bring own basketball), a volleyball net is available in the backyard (bring own volleyball), and there is a set of cornhole boards at the house (bags provided). Whether you need to rinse off the sand and saltwater after a day at the beach or just want a refreshing cooldown, the outdoor shower allows you to feel fresh and brand new before going back inside at day's end. An outdoor half bath is conveniently located near the poolside cabana.

The first floor is dedicated to bedding options, including two kings with private baths, a queen with a private bath, and two additional queen bedrooms that share a full bath. Each private bath has a shower/tub; the shared bath offers a walk-in shower. All five bedrooms on this floor have a Smart TV in the room. The middle level deck wraps around three sides of the house and has a hot tub, a ping-pong table, a loveseat hammock swing, and polywood seating.

Taking the stairs to the top level leads you to the open great room, kitchen, dining area, and sitting area that make up the second floor. Draped in coastal tones, natural wood accents throughout, and windows that won't leave you wishing for more natural light. The great room is furnished with a cozy L-shaped sectional, armchairs, and a large mounted Smart TV. Two additional armchairs and a second coffee table are available in the sitting area. An elongated dining room table is positioned next to the kitchen. Bar height seating lines the kitchen island for those who want to chat while meals are being prepped but aren't part of the action. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator (icemaker in freezer), stove/oven, microwave, two dishwashers, a Keurig, and a standard drip coffee maker. Sliding glass doors lead to the open deck that has seating and a table, perfect for dining outside once the meals are ready. A Weber Genesis grill is located on the top deck just outside the sliding glass door, conveniently located near the kitchen, that will appease the grillmaster in your group. Steps lead to the rooftop crow's nest, where you can watch the sun rise over the horizon each morning while sipping your coffee.
