Doors lead from the game room to outdoor amenities that include a fenced oceanfront private pool with poolside lounge seating. A gas grill and outdoor dining table creates the ideal set up for casual lunches hot off the grill. A private beach walkway leads to the sandy shores of the Atlantic, and the deck is the perfect perch for overlooking the beach.

The top floor great room is filled with natural sunlight that streams in from abundant windows to showcase ocean to sound water views. A wraparound sofa and arm chairs are arranged around a large flat screen TV and seasonal gas fireplace. Two chaise lounges are positioned oceanfront to relax while enjoying rejuvenating sunshine and inspiring ocean views. A half bath and private office offering sound views are centrally located. A dining area offers a backdrop of ocean views and a table that seats twelve guests. The kitchen makes meal preparations fun and easy. This room offers an expansive bank of windows revealing tranquil sound waters, luxury cabinets for storage, plenty of granite countertops and bar seating for four guests. Stainless steel appliances include a full refrigerator with ice maker, range, double ovens, microwave and two dishwashers. A keurig and a regular coffee maker are provided (bring own k-cups).
Start each day on the expansive wraparound furnished sun decks to enjoy sunrises over the Atlantic and again at the end of each evening for cocktails and coastal breezes. Steps lead to a loft that's furnished with a table and four chairs, providing expansive views and a retreat for quiet conversations or to enjoy lively card games. The top floor is completed with a king bedroom with ocean views, a private sun deck and a private bathroom with dual sink vanity and Jacuzzi tub.

Updates for 2023: Major updates include a den remodel to create a new gaming room/bedroom with a desk, a new full bathroom with shower, a new queen Murphy bed with nightstands and closets (replaced a sleepsofa), and the TV was upgraded to 55-inch Smart TV (bring own game systems/games). In addition, decks on both levels were replaced with new composite decks with vinyl railings, the 1st floor deck was extended to move the hot tub out for a better view of the ocean and stars at night, the security wall was reconfigured to make the tiki bar more accessible, a system was added in that area to provide some shelter from rain, the pool was completely retiled and resurfaced, a pergola was added to the pool deck to provide some shade, the beach walkway and stairs were replaced, an 8x10 dune deck with benches was added to the access, the rec room TV was upgraded, luggage racks were added to each bedroom closet, and misc. decor changes were made throughout.
Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TVs: All of the TVs are Smart TVs.
