The ground floor offers a rec room with a pool table and a media room. A middle floor media area is furnished with a large sectional, smart TV, and a wet bar with a sink and refrigerator. The wet bar is the ideal spot to store food and drinks you want to easily get to while lounging poolside day in and day out. If you need a break from the sun, the screened-in deck on the 1st floor has an outdoor dining table and loveseat porch swing. If you can't get enough of the sun, head over the private beach walkway and enjoy all the beauty of the Corolla beaches. The top floor great room, dining areas, and kitchen are where your vacation group can come together over a meal and chat about your day or your plans for tomorrow. Just a short drive north, you'll be near a grocery store, a local donut shop, a golf course, and more.

The ground floor offers three bedrooms, a rec room, and a media room. The rec room has a pool table and seating. The media room features comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a mini-fridge. All three bedrooms have private baths with shower/tubs and walk-in closets. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with king beds, the third bedroom has two pyramid bunks.

Four bedrooms are located on this level - one king, two queens, and a bedroom with three twin beds. Each bedroom offers a private bath and a smart TV. The king bedroom has a sliding glass door leading to the oceanside deck.
A media area is centrally located, furnished with a large half circle sectional, smart TV, and a wet bar with a sink and refrigerator (icemaker in freezer). Laundry facilities are available on this floor.
Through the sliding glass door in the rec room, you enter onto the oceanside deck. A screened-in porch with an outdoor dining table and loveseat porch swing is to the south, a hot tub is located on the north end of the deck under the pergola, and two outdoor showers are also available. Down a few steps, you're in the private pool area that offers more than just a large private pool! With poolside seating and access to the private beach walkway, this is where you'll want to spend most of your vacation days. Just over the dune, you're mere steps from the shoreline. The walkway to the beach has built-in bench seating on the dune top deck.

The spacious open-concept top floor is where you'll find the great room, kitchen, and dining areas. They are predominantly decorated in neutral tones, with a coastal splash of color in the kitchen. A sectional is positioned towards a mounted smart TV over a seasonal gas fireplace. A built-in bench and four picture windows frame the beautiful blue of the ocean - a view you'll never tire of! There is space enough for multiple cooks in the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet and counter space make whipping up a meal or even just a tasty treat as easy as it could be. A refrigerator (icemaker in freezer), oven/stove, a Keurig, and microwave are positioned along the outside of the kitchen. The large center island has a double sink, two dishwashers, and counter-height seating. The dining area includes a long table with seating for many. A sliding glass door in the dining area leads to the top floor open deck with amazing views of the Atlantic.
A king bedroom with a private oceanview deck, private bath, and smart TV complete the top level. The private bath has a tiled walk-in shower with two showerheads.

Updates for 2025: The ground floor is being converted to a living space with a rec room, media room, and three bedrooms with private baths. The pool table on the middle floor is being moved to the ground floor. Subject to change until complete.
Updates for 2024: A complete interior and exterior refresh including new exterior paint, new roof, two new outdoor showers, pergola added over hot tub, new chairs and chaise loungers around the pool, new furniture and decor throughout, new bedding, and fresh interior paint.
Updates for 2023: All the TVs were replaced with Smart TVs (cable access via the Spectrum App or guests can log into their own streaming accounts) and the pool table in the rec room was refelted.

Community note: Trailers, boats, and mobile homes/RVs are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only permitted in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are also prohibited in Ocean Sands.
