The highlight of entertainment is the central recreation room outfitted with a pool table, a table with four chairs (great for games), a wet bar with a sink, a small beverage fridge, a microwave, and an icemaker, as well as a drink ledge with seating for four, and a TV with two arm chairs nearby.
Doors open to outdoor amenities that include a sparkling private pool (FREE pool heat provided by the homeowner), and a wet deck for lounge chairs. The pool deck is lined with seating and lounging chairs to sunbathe under clear coastal skies. For those traveling with pets, there is a large fenced-in yard with a dog house. Daily beach trips are easy from the nearby beach access, and as evenings set guests can retreat to the bubbling hot tub for leisurely soaks before retiring.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Security Camera: This property has a camera installed by the front door facing the entry and street.
