A half bath is centrally located and doors lead to furnished sun decks. The kitchen is nicely equipped for meal preparations including a full refrigerator with ice maker, range/stove, microwave, two dishwashers for ease in clean up, and a Keurig. The kitchen island provides four seats for casual dining, and a dining table seats twelve guests. A private king bedroom on this level offers sun deck access and a private luxury bath with dual sink vanity, Jacuzzi tub and glass block shower. Steps lead to a lofted sports tower with community views, where adults can gather for a game of pool or to watch sporting events on the mounted flat screen TV.
