The lower level contains a comfortable rec room with a large flat screen TV, multi-arcade machine with 60 games, 3-in-one game table with bumper pool/poker table tops, and kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, sink, and microwave. A king bedroom is available with a private bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with two twin bunks, a common full bathroom, and laundry facilities including an iron and two ironing boards. Outside amenities include a cabana bathroom, hot tub, outdoor ping pong table, big block Jenga, croquet, bocce ball, and a private fenced-in pool with option to heat. A noteworthy distinction in the pool area is the ample and high grade pool seating available, including chaise lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and stools with side tables, made from high-density polyethylene 100% recycled plastic. An EV charger is available in the carport area.

The top floor great room is surrounded by windows, illuminating the room and providing a panoramic view of the Sea Pines community. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious for large meal preparation. A large granite island provides seating for six. The formal dining table comfortably seats 12 with an additional dining table available for four, providing ample seating capacity for meals. Generous and comfortable seating is available in the great room, and multiple decks with chairs and tables are available for outdoor gatherings. Two queen sized sleepsofas and two recliners are included in the great room furnishings. One king bedroom with a private bath that has a Jacuzzi is located on this level. The loft provides lounge seating and views towards the ocean.
Additional amenities include shower caddys and hooks for robes and bathing suits throughout the home. Games and books are available for all ages. A standalone ice maker, two coffee pots, a single cup Keurig, two crockpots, a tea kettle, blender, Magic Bullet, large electric griddle, and a waffle maker are all available. Glassware and plastic ware for drinks are plentiful.

Updates for 2023: Fresh paint throughout, all new mattresses and bedding, all TVs replaced with larger Smart TVs, new bedroom furniture in four bedrooms (one on 2nd floor, three on 1st floor), new carpet in five 1st floor bedrooms, new carpet and luxury vinyl flooring on ground level, stairs and halls, loft remodel with lounge seating, and rec room additions including a full-size multi-arcade machine with 60 games and a 3-in-one game table with bumper pool/poker table tops and five chairs. Outside, an EV charging station, ping pong table, big block Jenga, croquet, bocce ball, and a second grill were added to the existing amenities. The top floor deck picnic table was replaced, and a second table was added.
Updates for 2022: New Kauai II hot tub with 46 jets, and new framed mirrors in all of the bathrooms.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
