The lower level features an entertainment focused rec room with pool table, arcade game, media lounge with TV, and kitchenette with bar seating, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Bedding on this level includes two kings with private baths, and a third bedroom with two built-in pyramid bunks and a private bath. Two of these bedrooms have direct access to the veranda, leading to the custom pool area, with hot tub and cabana bar. A private walkway leads to broad Whalehead beaches.

The middle level offers a home theater with a 98" flatscreen TV and seating for 12, as well as four kings with private baths, and a laundry room. Next to the laundry room, an exercise room provides a stationary workout bike, a bench, weights, a large mirror, and a TV. Three of the bedrooms have access to the covered deck and offer ocean views.

The top floor features ocean views, lofted ceilings, and a comfortable family room with a large Smart TV, which is separated from the dining area by a two-sided seasonal fireplace. A gourmet kitchen incorporates granite countertops, two cooktops, two wall ovens, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a Keurig, and everything you'll need to prepare a special vacation meal. The king bedroom completes this floor with ocean views, a private bath, and a seasonal fireplace.

Updates for 2025: Kitchen renovation, new flooring on top floor. Subject to change until complete.
Updates for 2024: New chairs in great room, complete remodel of top floor private bath including new flooring, vanity, and fixtures, new bedroom furniture and curtains in the top floor king bedroom, new rug in rec room, new 98" TV in theater, Sonos sound system through the house, new pool deck, granite countertops and backsplash in poolside cabana/grill area, new exterior stairs and railings built from the ground level to the top level, French doors on ground and middle level replaced, new chaise loungers for the pool area.
Updates for 2023: New furniture in great room and rec room. Fresh interior paint throughout. New steps to the beach, new fence around pool, and shrubs around pool were replaced with turf.
Updates for 2022: A major interior refresh! A stand-up arcade machine with 400 games was added to the rec room, an outdoor ping-pong table was added to the patio just outside the rec room, two new dining tables with 16 new chairs, fresh paint in the great room and kitchen, new shiplap in the kitchen and around the seasonal fireplace, new kitchen light fixtures, some new great room furniture, artwork and lighting updates throughout, and the boardwalk from the deck to the beach stairs were replaced. The king bedframes were replaced (they now have headboards and footboards). Stairs from the first floor (middle level) to the pool area added, the poolside cabana updated with a grilling station (gas grill) with bar counter. Updated poolside furniture. The top floor French doors were replaced with sliding glass doors. New stationary workout bike in the exercise room.
