Interested in a Dolphin Tour?
The Harbor Star's Wild Dolphin Tours depart three times daily plus a Sunset Cruise (weather permitting) This 2 hour cruise includes an entertaining tour and an opportunity to spot wild dolphins aboard the all new 40-foot Pontoon boat. If we spot a group of dolphins, we'll keep a safe distance to abide by state and federal laws protection laws, yet we'll still get to witness their incredible natural behaviors – fishing and feeding, playing, sleeping, and even moms teaching their babies!
Harbor Star Dolphin Tours also offers private cruises and we can arrange catering for your private event. This is a great idea for Birthday Parties, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, and any other party you can think of.

This year, the Duck Jazz Festival proudly reaches its 16th anniversary, and with it, we unveil our artistic vision:“Duck Grooves: The Sound of Jazz,” is an electrifying celebration of jazz’s dynamic, ever-evolving nature, set against the stunning backdrop of the Currituck Sound. It’s a fusion of past, present, and future, where the timeless traditions of jazz intersect with the vibrancy of new, innovative sounds. Just as the sound of jazz flows and adapts, so too does the landscape of Duck where the rhythm of the music harmonizes with the natural beauty of the water and the surrounding environment.
Stand-Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) may be considered one of the Outer Bank's newest crazes to hit the water, but the sport itself is actually centuries old, originating in the Hawaiian and Polynesian Islands as an easy-going mode of transportation from one waterfront beach to another.
Location, location, location – this quintessential Cape Hatteras beach house boasts a beachfront berth that simply can’t be beat. Grab a cup of coffee and watch the waves roll in each morning from your private, oceanfront deck – sunrises and sunsets are especially spectacular. You can watch the dolphins from the living room and admire incredible ocean views from the private hot tub. When you're ready, head inside and wake up the rest of your group for breakfast. The well-equipped kitchen features all the appliances, gadgets, and counter space you need to whip up everything from quiche to oatmeal. When everyone’s ready to head out, it’s time for the beach, straight out the path you can see from your deck. And, with such a great location, you can pop back to the house for lunch or naps during the day. Or you can find great fishing steps away from the house. When it’s time to turn in, you’ll have four bedrooms to choose from. The main suite is upstairs and features a private deck, queen bed, and en suite bathroom.
