There is a direct route to the beach access, 130 yards from the house.

The tranquil living area features deck access, a flat screen TV, and a seasonal gas fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a Keurig, a standard drip coffee maker, two dishwashers, two icemakers, a waffle maker, and a cooking stone. Adjacent to the kitchen is a screened-in porch with an outdoor dining area. Inside, the dining room table comfortably seats 12, and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar, as well as a window-side breakfast table next to the living area. There is a king bedroom with a private bath, a TV, and deck access. Parents with young children will appreciate the adjoining suite that is furnished with a daybed/trundle.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
