Unique boutiques, delicious restaurants and a soundside boardwalk are a short distance away and accessible by Duck's multi-use path.

A rec room with a media area awaits you on the lower level. This space features a pool table, media area, half bath, and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. Bedroom options include a room with a king and a room with two queens; both have private baths. The home's washer and dryer are located behind bi-fold doors in the rec room.
Doors lead from the game room to the outdoors, where guests have access to a private pool, cabana half bath, two outdoor showers, two hot tubs (one located poolside and one on the ground level deck), gas grill, and a sandy beach path from the back of the home to the shores of the Atlantic.

First Floor

Three kings on the first floor offer private bathrooms, and one of these king suites has ocean views and covered deck access. The fourth king bedroom has ocean views and shares a full bathroom with a bedroom furnished with a double bunk (full over full) and a trundle. The east facing covered deck has heightened ocean views.

The second floor great room is cheerful and well furnished, including a large dining area with two tables, kitchen with multiple double appliances (including two dishwashers and two stoves), two keurig coffee makers, and a comfortable living room with ocean views. Sliding glass doors lead to the large deck which overlooks the ocean. One king bedroom with a private bath and Jacuzzi tub is located on this level, as well as a "Retreat Room" -- a tranquil reading den with twin-sized sleeper chair and a private balcony with sunset views.

Community note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Please note: The fireplace is not available for guest use.
Elevator: All elevator access is outside. The mid-level and top-floor elevator door is accessed by walking onto the decks.
