This 7-bedroom vacation home is located less than 300 yards from the beach access and can be walked to without ever having to hit a street. A private boardwalk through the backyard puts you onto a partially-shaded walkway that leads you straight to the water's edge.
An open floor plan on the top floor offers a large gathering space for all in your group to enjoy conversation while planning your vacation day checklist. Two decks off the great room and kitchen provide views of the surrounding area that will relax you and have you wishing you never had to leave. The large, private, sparkling blue pool awaits you upon arrival and will instantly tempt you to take a dip. A unique feature of this home that guests are sure to appreciate is that the hot tub is located on a screened-in deck, which means it is accessible even on a rainy day at the beach.
Guests of The Quarterdeck have several amenities to enjoy right in the comfort of the home, but the fun doesn't stop there! While staying in a Pine Island home, you can also enjoy all the Pine Island community amenities, such as the tennis courts, community pools, a fitness center, basketball courts, and more.

The ground level includes a rec room with a foosball table, a sofa, two armchairs, a large mounted Smart TV, and a kitchenette that is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The rec room is perfect for those who want to grab a cold drink from the fridge before heading out to the pool, spark up a round-robin tournament at the foosball table, or pop some popcorn and turn on their favorite movie. Sliding glass doors lead out to the private pool area that offers a sparkling pool, poolside loungers and chairs, a gas grill, an open outdoor shower, and a cabana half bath. Want to try your hand at shooting some hoops? Head out to the driveway and play all you want at the provided basketball hoop (bring your own ball).
Bedding on the ground floor consists of two queen bedrooms, each with a private bath and a Smart TV. One private bath offers a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower; the other has a shower/tub.

The middle level is primarily dedicated to bedding options, along with a screened-in covered deck that offers a bubbling hot tub perfect for relaxing at the day's end no matter the weather. Two king bedrooms and two bunk bedrooms are available. One bunk room has a twin bunk; the other has two twin bunks. The bunk bedrooms share a full bath with a shower/tub. There is a full bath with a walk-in shower accessible from one of the king bedrooms and the hallway. Should you have to work while out of the office, the second king bedroom includes a desk area with an office chair and a computer monitor. Laundry facilities are located on this floor.

The top floor offers an open floor plan with the great room, kitchen, and dining area, all sharing the majority of this level. Several windows in all directions allow natural lighting to captivate the gathering area. Steps above the dining area is a lofted dining area that offers ocean views and additional seating for those who are eating a meal, playing a board game, or just enjoying the elevated views around them. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for those who want to belly up to the counter to partake in food prep conversation. A great room wet bar offers an additional sink, a beverage cooler, a dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. Sliding glass doors in the great room lead out to the deck that wraps around the east side of the house, where you can see the ocean and enjoy the calming breeze off the coast. A second deck is accessible from the kitchen that overlooks the pool area below. A king bedroom is located on this level with nearby access to a full bath with a walk-in shower.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Updates for 2023: A complete kitchen renovation (including new appliances, flooring, and a reconfigured island), the great room wet bar will get new cabinets, sink, and dishwasher (upper cabinets being added), top and middle level bathrooms will be renovated for a fresh and brand new feel, a heat pump pool heater installed, and a fast-charging EV charger added to the property.
Updates for 2022: The Quarterdeck underwent new ownership in 2022, and upon purchase, the current owners replaced the king and queen mattresses and added new bedding and new furnishings throughout.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80
degrees.
Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the exterior of the front door and on the floodlight above the carport.
