The second floor deck is where you will find yourself watching the sun come up over the ocean, and breathing in that fresh ocean air. Whether you're wanting to lounge on the couch, sit at the counter, unwind while gazing out at the waves, or enjoy a meal at the dining table, there is plenty of seating for everyone to spend their time together up on the top floor! Community Note: Tuckahoe is a unique ocean-to-sound community that offers a community tennis court and a community pool. All of these amenities offer limited nearby parking with a parking pass. RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision. Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
