Spend time out on the open deck that overlooks the pool area or in the screened-in porch area, both furnished with outdoor tables and chairs. When you're ready to spark up some competition, head downstairs to the rec room where a pool table awaits or head outside to the private pool area where you can play all the childhood pool games you can remember (marco polo, anyone?). No matter where your group is gathered, you're sure to have some fun. For those who visit the Outer Banks for one reason, and one reason only - don't worry, the beach isn't out of reach!
Less than a quarter-mile to the east, you'll arrive at a beach access with a dune top deck with built-in seating, a clubhouse, a tennis court, a playground, and more that are all readily available for guests who stay in a vacation home in Duck Landing. No matter where you walk or bike throughout the subdivision, a sidewalk runs parallel to the street to make getting around a breeze. An advantage of staying in Duck is being near the soundfront boardwalk, the popular restaurants and shops that visitors rave about all year long, and the fun community activities that the Town hosts throughout the spring, summer, and fall. If that sounds good, it'll be even better when you learn that the Duck Landing subdivision is located right across the street from the Town Park and an access point to the boardwalk that runs along the sound. Make 120 Duck Landing your vacation home, and prepare for a getaway full of relaxation, fun, and many memories with your group.

A rec room with a pool table, mounted Smart TV, a hightop table with seating, and a large beverage fridge are located on the ground floor. Bedding on this level includes a bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a twin bunk. The bedroom with two twins and the rec room share access to a full bathroom. Both the twins bedroom and the rec room have direct access out to the backyard and onto the pool area. Laundry facilities are located on this floor.
A large, fully-fenced private pool in the backyard offers loads of splish-splashing fun for your entire vacation group. Poolside loungers and a hot tub are available within the fenced pool area. On the other side of the fence is sheltered seating with two picnic tables, two charcoal grills, a fish cleaning table, and an enclosed outdoor shower.

The middle level is dedicated to bedding options. Four bedrooms comprise the entire level - one king and three queens, each with a private bath and a shower/tub. Two bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead out onto the middle floor deck that overlooks the pool and has a couple of polywood rockers, a wooden loveseat porch swing, and stairs that lead up to the top floor deck or down to the pool area. The two bedrooms on the south end of the house don't have direct deck access, but they are positioned close to the entrance that takes you out to the front deck with rocking chairs.

The great room, dining area, and kitchen are on the top floor. Many windows and high ceilings make this floor feel airy and spacious. At the same time, the coastal color palette and comfortable furnishings allow you and your fellow vacationers to feel cozy while spending quality time together. The L-shaped sectional in the great room is positioned facing the large Smart TV. A dining table offers seating for twelve; there is an additional dining table with seating for three by the stairs and four counter-height stools positioned at the peninsula island in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas range, double oven, refrigerator/freezer (icemaker in freezer), and microwave. Small appliances include a standard coffee maker and a Keurig, griddle, blender, toaster, and crockpot. Two sets of sliding glass doors are located in the dining area. One leads to the open deck that overlooks the pool, and the other to the screened-in porch, both offering tables and seating options.
A king bedroom with a private bath and direct deck access is available. The private bath features a double vanity, a walk-in tile shower, and a jetted tub.

Community note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, a tennis court, a pickleball court, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
