The ground floor layout starts with a media room with a sleepsofa, 60-game arcade machine, large Smart TV (with DVD player), and snack counter with sink, mini-fridge, beverage cooler, and room for you to bring your own game systems. Sliding doors open to the pool area with a 27'x13' saltwater pool (option to heat for additional fee), hot tub, outdoor shower, and poolside table and chairs. A poolside tiki bar with TV and cornhole are also available! There is a sand path that leads from the pool area to the community beach access, and there is a second beach access accessible along the quiet road in front of the house. Bedding on the ground floor includes a king with a flat screen TV and private bath with tiled shower, and a second room with two bunks (one pyramid and one twin) and flat screen TV. A shared hall bath is also located on this level.

Dedicated to bedding options, the middle level includes three king bedrooms, and a fourth bedroom with two twins. The first king offers a private bath with double sinks and a glass shower, as well as covered deck access overlooking the pool. The second king has a private bath as well, with a tub and a tile shower. A third king features sliding glass door access to the deck, and shares a hall bath with the twins room. Laundry facilities and a hall bath with roll-in, barrier-free shower complete this level.

Contemporary decor, large windows, and high ceilings welcome you on the top floor. An open floor plan encompasses the living area, gourmet kitchen, and dining area. Relax on the wrap-around sofa after long beach days, or spend twilight watching the sun fade on the top floor deck. The great room features a 55" Smart TV with Blu-ray player and surround sound. Meal prep is made easy in the ample kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, two ovens, two dishwashers, a Keurig, two regular coffee makers, and a large refrigerator. The dining room has seating for 12, and additional bar seats are available in the kitchen. The king on this level boasts tall ceilings, a mounted flat screen TV, and a private bath.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TVs: The bedrooms have Roku/streaming capability, and cable can be accessed on these TVs via the Spectrum app. The great room's Samsung Smart TV offers streaming capability, a Blu-ray player, and cable access via a cable box. The media room's Samsung Smart TV offers streaming capability and cable access via the Spectrum app. (Use own logins for streaming services.)

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
