The bubbling hot tub is located under a pergola, and an outdoor shower is available. Right inside sliding doors from the pool area is the rec room, a hub of entertainment that includes a pool table, arcade machine, card table, high-top bar table, and kitchenette with full refrigerator, microwave, sink, and ice maker. Doors lead from the rec room to the theater, with tiered seating on cozy sofas and a large flat screen TV. Bedding on this level includes one king bedroom, and another with a twin bunk and a pyramid bunk. Both bedrooms have private baths with a shower/tub.

When you arrive upstairs, you will be captivated by the wall of windows that frame beautiful ocean views. Sliding glass doors lead to the oceanview deck, where you can enjoy the breeze in an Adirondack chair or have an al fresco meal on the outdoor dining table. The great room features a sectional situated around a flat screen TV and seasonal gas fireplace. The dining table seats 12, and there are an additional six bar stools located around the kitchen island. The kitchen features double ovens, two dishwashers, gas range, a Keurig, & farmhouse sink. The two kings on this level each have have private baths with double vanities & custom tile showers.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
