The elongated dining table offers seating for guests, and saddle chairs are positioned under a wall mounted bar ledge to enjoy ocean views at. A sun deck with Trex decking runs the length of the home and has seating to enjoy enhanced ocean views and refreshing coastal breezes.

The modern gourmet kitchen features elegant custom wood cabinets, Black Pearl granite countertops, a custom kitchen island with a built-in wine cooler and microwave, and bar seating for three. It is well equipped for large meal preparations providing two full refrigerators with ice makers, two dishwashers, a 6-burner Jenn-Air gas range, double ovens, a microwave drawer, a Keurig, and plenty of counter space and storage. Two private king suites complete this level, one is oceanfront with ocean views, an oceanfront sitting area, direct sun deck access, and a private bath with a custom tile shower with a rain shower head and dual sink vanity.
