Take a dip in the pool, unwind in the hot tub, hang out under the shaded outdoor lounge areas (one with a flat screen TV), or stroll out on the private dock and enjoy the serenity of the water. There's even an inset kiddie pool for the little ones!
Located in the town of Corolla, this home is a five minute drive to the Currituck Lighthouse & historic Whalehead Club, and a short distance to the 4x4 beaches of Carova, where you can spot wild horses roaming the shoreline! Grocery stores, restaurants and shops are easily accessible as well.

Outside amenities include a dock, soundview private pool, hot tub, shady outdoor lounges (one with a flat screen TV), and an outdoor shower. Bedding on this level includes a suite with two queens. A powder room is also available.
To access the beach, Herring Street is the closest beach access.

Six private suites compose the mid-level: five have king beds, and one has two twin bunks. Three of the king rooms offer views over the sound (two have deck access). The two covered decks are a relaxing place to catch the breeze while enjoying a good book. There is a washer and dryer set on this level.

Upstairs, the spacious great room offers an abundance of natural light, open floor plan, and high ceilings. Savor the sunset on the deck, or in the comfort of the great room, featuring a seasonal gas fireplace and large windows framing gorgeous views. The kitchen offers two refrigerators, a six burner range, two dishwashers, Keurig, Hexclad cookware, and an island with additional bar seating. Two king suites round out this level, as well as a powder room and laundry closet with an additional washer and dryer set.

Updates for 2024: Fresh paint in some rooms, lighting and decor updates, all new kitchen countertop appliances including a Nespresso machine.
Update for 2023: A new sectional and sound system in the great room, desk/workspace added to one of the sound-facing bedrooms, lighting and decor updates throughout, a larger BBQ grill, trees removed to improve the view over the sound.
Updates for 2022: Xbox game console, writing desk, updated lighting, and a microwave added to rec room, lighting added to private soundfront walkway and dock steps, Hexclad cookware available in kitchen, 50 Amp 240V EV charger added, wireless phone chargers added to all bedrooms and common areas, and the lounge area around pool expanded.
Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
EV Charger: An EV charger is available for free for guest use.
