A lively recreation and media center on this level has ceramic tile flooring and is equipped with a regulation-size pool table, wet bar with full size refrigerator and comfortable furnishings arranged around a 50" flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor amenities. Access to full bath from recreation hall and laundry facilities are centrally located on this floor. Outdoor amenities include a hot tub, shower, pool, deck access, and ocean access with covered gazebo. Cornhole game and basketball hoop available.

Sleeping accommodations on the first floor include an oceanside king with a private bath and direct access to the rear covered deck. An oceanside king with deck access shares a full bath with a queen bedroom. A bedroom furnished with a queen bed and a bedroom with two twin bunksets share access to a full bath in the hallway. All bedrooms provide flat screen TVs. A covered entry porch and a covered oceanside deck complete this level.

The second floor features an open great room with abundant windows providing rejuvenating natural light and showcasing panoramic ocean views. A leather sectional and two arm chairs are arranged on hardwood floors around a seasonal fireplace and 50" flat screen TV/DVR and in close proximity to a central wet bar. The dining area provides a dining table for twelve and an additional table that seats four. The kitchen has ceramic tile flooring, plenty of counter space and storage, stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator with ice maker, range/oven, microwave, Keurig, regular coffee maker, and two dishwashers) and bar seating for five. Two king bedrooms complete this floor - one has a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub, the second has a bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. Outdoor deck with crow's nest above provide breathtaking views of the ocean and the evening sunset.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Updates for 2022: Five bathrooms were remodeled.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Beach Walkway: Sand accumulation on the beach walkway is normal for this house.
Special Events Welcome: $1,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home.
