Relax after dinner in one of the two recreation rooms: one complete with ping-pong, shuffleboard, arcade console, and flatscreen TV; the other with foosball. Sleeping arrangements on this level include three kings with private baths (one with special access), and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk, twin bunk, and private bath. Spend your days and evenings outdoors alongside the private saltwater pool with FREE pool heat. The poolside cabana includes a wet bar with icemaker, outdoor electric fireplace, a full bathroom, sauna, TV area, Bluetooth sound system, and two stainless gas grills. A private walkway leads you to the uncrowded beaches of the Outer Banks.
The first floor provides ample sleeping arrangements in which guests can escape to comfort and privacy, including two oceanside king bedrooms, a bedroom with two doubles, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and twin bunk. All bedrooms are classically appointed with private baths and equipped with HD flatscreen TVs and cable. The stunning sports bar features a pool table, a game table, and three flatscreen TVs, while the library is stocked with many books "currents to classics" and a seasonal fireplace. Guests can also enjoy a fabulous outdoor dining experience on the mid-level deck, complete with a canopy roof, ceiling fan, specialty lighting, and easy access to an updated kitchen area. The covered porch off the sports bar offers beautiful views of the sunset over the sound.
The second floor offers an exquisite experience in vacationing. Breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Albemarle Sound create the backdrop for every part of the expansive great room, showcased through wall-to-wall arched windows and decorated in rich colors and furnishings. Group chefs will love dabbling in the updated, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, bar seating, a Keurig, stand alone icemaker, and double appliances. A spacious king bedroom featuring a large private bath with soaking tub, fireplace, and vanity rounds out the upper level. Beach Chairs & Beach Umbrellas Provided (5/31/25 - 8/29/25): The homeowner provides 6 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas for 2024 guests with complimentary set-up/take down. Service is provided by Ocean Atlantic Rentals. Please note that this service is not available for partial week stays and does not include day of check-in/check-out.
Pool: This home offers FREE POOL HEAT. Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: Elevator access to all levels. A ground floor king has bath with roll-under sink and barrier-free shower with seat. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Please Note: The garage is not available for car parking as it has been converted into the second rec room.
Special Events Welcome: $1,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home.
