This seven bedroom waterfront villa is the perfect place to bring the generations together and share memories. Designed with family fun in mind, there's something for everyone here. Children will love having their own playroom, all family members will appreciate the elevator for ease of access, and those needing to make a quick connection with work can use the office and enjoy wireless internet house-wide. A rec room with pool table and large flat screen TV provides evening or rainy day entertainment. The spacious living areas (great room, game room and sunroom) encourage conversation, games and movies. Seven bedroom suites guarantee a quiet respite, and some of the rooms even offer stunning ocean views. Those that aren't quite ready to take on ocean waves can play in the private pool, which is fenced in for privacy. There are two kings with ocean views, sliding glass door access to the covered deck, and en suite baths, and two additional rooms, each with two twin beds. All bedrooms have flat scren TVs. Laundry room and an office with book library are located on this level.

A highlight of the top floor are the arched windows that reach the entire length of the east-facing wall, framing perfect ocean views. A gourmet kitchen completes this open top floor, with stainless steel appliances, a double oven, a Keurig, Finnish granite countertops, and island with bar seating. An adjacent sunroom opens to the deck, where you can enjoy calming sea breezes. Three suites are on this level: one with two doubles, and two kings, one with an in-room Jacuzzi tub, ocean views, and deck access. Climb the outdoor stairs to the "Birdie Crows Nest" ships watch with 360 degree panoramic views.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Neighborhood and Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
