An open floor plan incorporates the great room, dining areas, and kitchen, all of which enjoy glimpses of water views from the wide ocean facing windows. The great room features plush micro suede sofas and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is well appointed, receives plenty of natural light, and offers additional bar seating at the island. Coffee lovers in the group will find a dual Keurig/standard drip coffee maker in the kitchen. The king bedroom on the top floor has a private bath with both a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub.

Updates for 2024: New ceiling fans in all bedrooms, new furniture on first floor deck, new poolside loungers, and a new heat pump pool heater for the pool.
Updates for 2023: Larger TV in great room mounted on new dividing wall with bench, new artwork, new furniture in ground floor entry.
Updates for 2022: A queen bed and closet were added to the ground floor den to convert it to a seventh bedroom.
Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Community note: Guests of Schooner Ridge have access to many community amenities. Early access into this subdivision is permitted. Visit their website for details about all that is available during your stay. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Golf carts: All golf carts operated by guests in Schooner Ridge must be street-legal and licensed. Street-legal golf carts are allowed to be driven on Duck Road. All other golf carts are not allowed in Schooner Ridge and must be driven on side streets only in other subdivisions. Golf carts are never allowed on sidewalks.
