Rec room doors open to a sheltered screened-in patio with seating and outdoor dining for many. A fully fenced sparkling pool allows for daily swims, and a poolside tiki bar with seating is a shady haven to sip chilled beverages. A gas grill is provided and replaced annually. Beyond the pool area is a sandy volleyball court for some fun in the sun for those of all ages. As the sun sets, retreat to the poolside hot tub to let your cares fade under star-filled coastal skies.

The fifth bedroom on this level is furnished with a pyramid bunk, a Smart TV, and a sliding glass door that accesses the covered wraparound deck. Laundry facilities are centrally located. Sprawling covered decks offer outdoor furniture, a Nags Head Hammock, and a porch swing to enjoy relaxing community views.

A stylishly efficient gourmet kitchen overlooks the great room and features ceramic tile floors, radiant granite countertops, tile backsplash, and casual bar seating for five. Stainless steel kitchen appliances include a refrigerator with an in-freezer icemaker, six burner Jenn-Aire stove, oven, Keurig, microwave, and two dishwashers. Meals can be served at a dining table for 10-12 guests.
A king bedroom completes the amenities and offers hardwood floors, bench seating, a Smart TV, sundeck access, a walk-in closet, and a luxury bath with a dual sink vanity, tile shower, and a whirlpool bath.

Community Note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, four pickleball courts, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
