It's game time! The ground floor media area is a fun spot to hang out at the end of fabulous vacation days. This room offers a shuffleboard table, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and sink, and a media area with a 65" flatscreen TV where you can enjoy a movie together as a group. Bedrooms on this level include a bunk room with two custom built-in bunk sets, each with a cubbie and reading light. One bunk is a twin-over-twin, and the other is a twin-over-double (pyramid bunk). A king bedroom has direct access to the full bathroom on this level.
Step outside to sunbathe in the private pool area, featuring a hot tub and cabana with a bar. A cornhole game is also provided.

The back deck overlooks the pool and on towards the ocean. A king bedroom with a private bath completes the top floor.

Pool Heat: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 85. degrees.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
