The majority of the bedding options are available on the middle level of this home. Five professionally decorated bedrooms, each with a king bed, offer a stylized yet cozy place to retire in the evening. Every bedroom in this home has a flat screen TV and a custom tiled private bathroom. The two middle level oceanfront king bedrooms offer the same retractable glass door systems as the great room, creating unobstructed views over the pool area and beyond. Once the doors are opened, the sounds of waves lapping against the shoreline and fresh ocean breezes completely fill both suites. One of the king bedrooms offers special access amenities. An open seating and media area includes a mounted flat screen TV, a sectional sofa, a high-top table, and a wet bar with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave.

Upstairs, the combination of stunning views and modern decor welcomes you. The great room offers a seasonal fireplace, and the retractable door system opens 14 feet onto an oversized oceanfront covered deck, providing panoramic ocean views and plush oversized outdoor furniture to take in the sights and sounds of the Atlantic. The dining area comfortably seats 12, and there is plenty of additional bar seating around the kitchen area. Create gourmet meals in the well-stocked kitchen, providing stainless steel dual appliances, and an indoor grill and griddle. A wet bar is available on this level with a wine cooler, two Keurigs, and a microwave, as well as an adjacent, soundside sitting area with mounted flat screen TV. The top level king suite features a custom tiled shower with body jets.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: This home as an entry ramp and elevator. A king bedroom on the middle floor has a roll-under sink and a barrier-free shower. There is an exterior path on the north side of the house leading to the pool area, with no stairs between the driveway and pool area. (There are stairs between the pool area and beach.) The exterior path on the north side of the home and the pavers leading to the front entry ramp are cut pavers. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
