Outdoor amenities include a custom heated pool, 6-person hot tub, cabana bath, and covered patio bar with sink and gas grill. A private beach walkway and the dune-top gazebo are available. The beach is the perfect place to enjoy views of Jennette's Pier and fun beach activities.

The nearby media lounge features a projection screen, surround sound, a table with comfortable seating for four, and a card table/bumper pool table with seating for four. The adjoining sports bar has a sink, dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, and wine cooler. A half bath and laundry facilities are conveniently located on this level.

The adjoining Butler's pantry provides additional counter space and storage. Coffee lovers in the group will find a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker in the Butler's pantry. Two king suites on this floor have dressing areas, private baths with dual sink vanities, and provide direct access to a shared covered balcony. A half bath is centrally located on this level.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: This home has an elevator, and a ground floor king has a roll-under sink and low-barrier shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand accumulation to cover the walkway and gazebo floor at this home.
