Three tranquil king bedrooms with private baths offer bedding options on the lower level of this home. Anchoring this level is a rec room, with shuffleboard, kitchenette (full-size refrigerator, sink, icemaker, dishwasher), and sofa seating nestled around a flat sreen TV, perfect for movie night. A adjacent kids room offers a hang out area for young ones, with bean bag chairs and a large mounted flat screen TV. A door opens from the rec room to the private pool area, which incorporates al fresco sitting areas, chaise poolside seating, and a cabana with a flat sreen TV, granite counter, and full-size fridge. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, as well as two additional open shower heads. Your very own private beach walkway leads you straight to the ocean's edge - relax on the covered dunetop gazebo and enjoy one of the best views on the Outer Banks!

Four uniquely appointed bedrooms are available on the mid-level of this home, three with private baths and one with a shared bath. Three of the bedrooms have king beds, and the fourth has two built-in pyramid bunks. Delightful water views can be savored from the oceanfront king bedroom, which also has access to the east facing covered deck, which extends on to an open sun deck. The west king bedroom has access to a covered private balcony and special access shared bath. (Please note the balcony is not wheelchair-accessible.) The bath opens to the hall as well as the bedroom. Central entertainment areas include a rec room and home theater room. With a pool table and game table, the rec room provides a place for plenty of friendly competition, and the adjacent home theater offers three sofas that are tiered for a cinematic experience.

Showcasing amazing ocean views, the top floor stuns with high ceilings and a wall of east-facing windows. A modern wrap-around sofa and arm chairs surround a flat screen TV and seasonal gas fireplace, which is flanked by built-in bench seating. With stainless dual appliances and granite countertops, the well-stocked kitchen is chef's dream (the second full-size side-by-side stainless refrigerator is located in the wet bar near the dining room table, and Keurigs are provided). A large dining room table and kitchen bar seating means that you can comfortably eat as a group. Find some quiet in the secluded sunset sitting area on the west end of the common areas. Two king bedrooms with private baths round out this floor.

Updates for 2024: New full-size refrigerator, cabinets, granite counter, and fresh paint in the poolside cabana, fresh interior and exterior paint in select areas, new barstools in the kitchen, and new new table, chairs, and stools in the first floor rec room.

Special Events Welcome: $3,000 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2025 season are 05/03/25 - 09/20/25. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp to the front door, an elevator, and a mid-level king has a special access shared bath with roll-under sink, low barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bar. (The bedroom's balcony is not wheelchair-accessible.) Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for more information.

Parking: 7 parking spaces - shared driveway with #305 Sea Castle.
TVs: All bedroom TVs offer streaming. The great room and rec room TVs offer cable.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
