Pine Island guests have access to two community pools, baby pool, tennis courts, basketball court, jungle gym, subdivision bike paths, and access to the Pine Island Racquet Club for a small fee.

Sleeping options on the ground floor include a charming king suite with flatscreen TV, private bathroom, and direct patio access. The king bathroom has a roll-under sink, shower with a small lip, fold-down seat, and grab bars. A delightful suite with a private bath is furnished with two pyramid bunks and mounted flatscreen TV. The balance of this level is dedicated to a sensational recreation and media lounge. This space is outfitted with hardwood floors, pool table, four arcade machines, game table with six chairs, built-in shelves with board games, a mounted 40'' flatscreen TV, a pub table with chairs, and a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher. The media area has a 65'' flatscreen TV with premium soundbar and shuffleboard game.
Doors open to a private pool for invigorating swims and refreshing dips. The pool deck is lined with lounge chairs for relaxation and sunbathing. A private walkway meanders to the dune-top deck with built-in seating for a heightened view of the coastline. Pristine beaches are steps away and beckon you to relax to the sound of waves lapping the shore, romp in the rolling surf or stroll the water line in search of seashells. Retreat to the bubbling hot tub as evening sets to star gaze under clear coastal skies.

Three are oceanfront with views and rear covered deck access and one has direct access to the front covered deck. A charming ocean view queen suite has a flatscreen TV, private bath, and direct access to the rear covered deck. Covered decks are furnished for guest use and enjoyment and provide a respite from the sun to enjoy cooling sea breezes.

Two ocean view dining areas feature elegant tables, one seating 10-12 guests and the second accommodating six people. Additional gathering areas for quiet conversations include a sitting loft with armchairs and a cozy sunroom with two settees, an ottoman, and flatscreen TV. The kitchen will captivate the hearts of those with a passion to cook. This space has custom cabinets, pendant lighting, granite countertops and casual bar seating for six. A host of stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator, five-burner cooktop, double ovens, and two dishwashers. Complete with a Keurig coffee maker, you will find yourself right at home in this kitchen. The top floor is completed with a sensational king suite with a 65'' TV, stunning ocean views, and direct sun deck access. (Please note that the tub jets in the bathroom are not available.)

TVs: The TVs are 4K Roku TVs with access to Spectrum Cable, Disney+, Prime Video, Showtime Anytime, and many other popular kids, sports, news, and entertainment stations. Please note that DVD players are available in the common areas, but are not in the bedrooms.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
