A family suite is comprised of a queen bedroom with a TV and covered deck access that shares a full bathroom with a bedroom furnished with one pyramid bunk and one twin bunk. A sensational wraparound covered deck is furnished to relax to cooling sea breezes.

The second floor great room offers lofty ceilings and ample windows to infuse rejuvenating sunlight. The living area has ocean views, an L-shaped sectional, chair seating, a 37" flat screen TV, Bluray player, DVD/CD player, surround sound, and a seasonal gas fireplace. An ocean view alcove is furnished with a table and four chairs, ideal for card and board games or enjoying quiet conversations. Doors open to a wide sun deck to enjoy color-drenched sunrises, ocean views, and fresh salt air. A half bath is centrally located, and steps lead up to a ship's watch loft with cozy seating and heightened views. The kitchen overlooks the great room and features ceramic tile floors, a refrigerator (with icemaker in freezer), range/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee machine (bring your own K-cups). Serve meals at a ten-person dining table, and casual seating for four is available at the kitchen bar. The top floor is completed with a king bedroom that has a flatscreen TV and a private bath with a shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Parking: Wish Granted's driveway is three cars wide. A fourth car can fit in the driveway behind the first three (blocking them in).
Updates for 2024: The bedroom on the ground level has new furniture and changed to a queen bed.
