After fun days at the beach, savor memorable sunsets and tranquil views of a stocked fishing lake from the exterior decks (fishing allowed with permit). Community amenities include an Olympic-size outdoor pool, children's pool, and outdoor tennis courts. This area is central to the Currituck Club Golf Course, shopping, dining and activities.

The ground floor provides a cheerful bedroom with two twin beds. A full bath is centrally located on this level. Exterior amenities include a private saltwater pool, five person hot tub, tiki bar, and iPod/iPhone/CD compatible outdoor sound system.

The first floor is dedicated to private bedrooms, including two kings that each provide covered porch access and private baths, one queen bedroom with covered deck access and one bedroom with a pyramid bunk with trundle that has covered deck access. A covered entry porch, foyer and laundry facilities are located on this level. The rear covered deck overlooks the pool area and community lake and provides a sheltered hot tub.

The second floor opens to a generous great room with soaring cathedral ceilings, a palette of soothing shades of blue, inspiring natural light and shimmering hardwood floors. Comfortable seating is arranged around a gas fireplace (available seasonably) and a 50" flatscreen TV with Netflix capabilities. The dining area provides a table that seats 10 people, showcases tranquil lake views and provides deck access. The oversized sun deck extends the length of the house and provides ample seating to soak up the sun while enjoying water views and ocean breezes. An iPod/iPhone/CD compatible outdoor sound system is available on top floor deck. A modern kitchen overlooks the great room and is equipped with granite countertops, a refrigerator with icemaker, sink, range, dishwasher, Keurig, pantry, generous storage and bar seating for 4 for more casual dining. A private king bedroom is situated on this level and features a flatscreen TV with Netflix capabilities, walk-in closet, private sun deck and private bath with dual sink vanities and a custom tile shower. A private loft on the third floor provides heightened views and a desk with internet access to periodically touch base with the office during your time away.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
