Spend summer days outdoors playing a game of volleyball, whipping up dinner on the gas grill, or unwinding in the hot tub. An outdoor shower is also available for easy post-beach rinse off, and a half bath is located just inside the home.
Inside, a central rec room incorporates a media area, pool table, and wet bar with full refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The bedroom on this level includes two custom-built pyramid bunks with a private bath.

Upstairs, enjoy an open-concept floor plan with dining, kitchen, and living room with aesthic fireplace (flames but no heat). Two open decks provide the perfect spot to have a morning cup of coffee. A Keurig is provided as well as a traditional coffee maker. Two king bedrooms complete this floor, each with a private bathroom.

Community note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, a tennis court, a pickleball court, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
EV charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Please note: The great room and outdoor fireplaces are for aesthetics only. They produce flames but not heat.
