A built-in entertainment center surrounds the 60" HDTV. Fun and friendly competition continues in the recreation room, which features an antique pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, arcade machine, a TV, and a stereo. A kitchenette with an icemaker, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, and a full laundry room are conveniently located on this level. This floor provides two suites with private baths - one with two twin bunksets and a trundle, and another with a queen bed that overlooks the pool area and provides a steam shower and sauna. The private pool and hot tub are located between the house and the dune, with a private walkway to beatuiful Corolla beaches. The garage includes a ping-pong table.

Four king bedrooms, each with private baths, are classically appointed and act as tranquil retreats. One oceanfront king has a timeless four-poster bed, built-in window seat, and a spacious bath with marble counters, double sink vanity, water closet, porcelain whirlpool tub, and separate multiple jet shower. The second oceanfront king is furnished with an antique armoire with TV, charming Penny-Farthing bicycle, bath with whirlpool tub, marble counter, tile floor, and custom shower. A third soundfront king features a sitting area with two chairs and antique tables overlooking a "picture frame" window showcasing a sound view, a private bath with whirlpool tub, marble floors and countertop, and a shower stall. The fourth king overlooks the sound and has access to a marble tile bathroom with oversized shower stall - also accessible from the hallway. All bedrooms provide custom curtains and bedding with French doors for privacy when desired. A second laundry room is conveniently located on this level.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
