Located just north of the town of Duck, you're an easy bike ride or drive to the village, where you can browse boutiques, enjoy summer concert series, and check out the local eateries.

Hours of entertainment are at your fingertips both inside and out on the ground floor. Indoors, enjoy the central rec room, which features a pool table, bar, and arcade games. Bedding options include one king suite that has a private bath and access to the pool area, a second bedroom with two double beds and a private bath, and a bedroom with two twin bunksets. The third bedroom shares a full hall bath with those in the rec room, and a laundry closet is centrally located. Please note that the ramp access is along the north side of the home, and leads to the sliding glass doors in the back.
Outside, a private pool area has an adjacent poolside cabana, and a private beach walkway leads you straight to the Atlantic's shoreline.

Retreat to quiet bedding options on the mid-level, each with unique decor and design elements. All offer king beds and private en suite baths with double sink vanities. Two of these bedrooms are located along the east side of the home, and offer ocean views and deck access. A central den rounds out this level, and offers sliding glass door access to the mid-level covered deck.

Gather on the top floor after long vacation days to prepare a meal and eat as a family. The great room, dining area, and kitchen are all located in an open-concept floor plan. Experience endless ocean views from this floor, and step out onto the open decks with your morning coffee to start the day off right (Keurig, regular cofee maker, and crock pot provided). A king suite rounds out this level, offering ocean views and an en suite bath.

Community note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Special Access Amenities: There is ramp access on the north side of the home, and the ground floor king bath has a wide door frame, roll under sink, a shower grab bar, and a corner shower seat. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
