Speaking of poolside, make your way out to the pool area from the rec room. The outdoor living space has a private pool that can be heated for an additional fee, a hot tub, a gas grill, and two outdoor showers. Having access to outdoor showers during a beach vacation makes rinsing off and cleaning up a breeze before heading back inside to rest and relax for the evening. Bedding on the ground floor includes a bedroom with two custom built-in pyramid bunks and a private bathroom, a favorite spot for the younger members of the group. Access to the laundry facilities is on this level. An EV charger is available in the carport, and the home offers six parking spaces.

Bedding is the name of the game on the middle level of The Best of Tides. There are three bedrooms furnished with king beds, each with a private en suite bathroom, two of which have sliding door access to the deck. There is also a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twins that both have sliding doors that lead out onto the decks, so morning coffee or a breath of ocean air is always just a step away. The king and twins bedroom share close access to a full hall bath.

The top level offers an open concept floor plan that includes the great room, kitchen, and dining area, the natural gathering place for the whole group. The great room has a seasonal electric fireplace (available October through March) and sliding glass doors leading out onto the open deck. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in microwave and a large sink. The details of the kitchen are sure to amaze with the crisp lines of the white quartz countertops and the large island that is centered in the kitchen, an ideal spot for those who aren't preparing food to sit and spend time with the ones who are whipping up a tasty meal for the group to enjoy together. Bedding on the top floor includes two bedrooms, each furnished with king beds and a private bath, and one that offers direct access to the deck. There is a half bath on the landing of the steps between the first and second floor.
