Bedroom accommodations on the ground floor include two bedrooms, one furnished with two pyramid bunks and the second offering a queen bed, both share a full bathroom. The recreation room is outfitted with an 8' slate pool table, stereo, sauna, and a bar with sink, microwave, mini-fridge and seating for six. The media area has sofa seating (including a sleepsofa) and a 50" HDTV for viewing movies and sporting events.
Outdoor leisure starts with a refreshing private pool that's surrounded by wide decking filled with sitting and lounging options. The soothing hot tub is situated on the mid-level deck, which connects to the private beach walkway. A ping pong table for competitive play and extra refrigerator for chilled drinks are located in the garage. The walkway leads to an oversized dune-top deck with built-in seating that overlooks beach activities and beyond to soft sand and the rolling surf of the Atlantic.

Sleeping options on the first floor include four king suites with private baths, two have Whirlpool tubs. Two are oceanfront and have covered deck access, and one offers a seasonal gas fireplace. Laundry facilities are conveniently located. A central den with a gaming area is the ideal place to gather on the mid-level. This space is furnished with sofa and armchair seating, seasonal gas fireplace, 63" LCD TV, card table with seating for four, and wet bar with sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. This room provides direct access to the furnished covered deck with a bubbling hot tub that connects to the beach walkway.

Sensational ocean views are showcased by floor to ceiling custom windows in the top floor great room. The living area offers abundant sofa and armchair seating, a seasonal gas fireplace, and a 50" HDTV. Ocean view dining is available at a large dining table that seats fourteen guests. Doors open to 40' wide sun decks offering teak deck furniture to enjoy sunrises over the Atlantic and panoramic ocean views. The kitchen features granite countertops, a center island, and stainless steel appliances that include two refrigerators, wine cooler, range, double oven, microwave, and two dishwashers. A food processor, Keurig, and cappuccino maker are also available.
A den provides a cozy gathering area for quiet conversations and is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, big screen TV, and wet bar with sink and icemaker. A king suite with a TV and private bath is available, and an oceanfront bedroom features a second king bed, sitting area, ocean views, direct deck access, seasonal gas fireplace, and a full bathroom with Whirlpool tub.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Path to beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is not unusual for sand to cover the beach walkway.
