This home is perfectly located close to the community beach access and the community amenities, as well as the attractions of the Town of Duck. If more than a prime location is needed, the features of this home are sure to please even the most particular vacationer. A private pool with a pool slide, a poolside hot tub, a large rec room with multiple games, two media dens, a ton of deck space on all levels, an elevator, two outdoor showers, a volleyball area - we could go on and on. Eight bedrooms, six with private baths, are dispersed over four levels of living space, and each level offers a gathering area for you and your vacation group to enjoy time together all week long.
Community amenities to enjoy are located nearby including a tennis court, pickleball, an indoor community pool, and more. A stroll down the sidewalk to the Town Green puts you at the center of all that the Town of Duck offers its visitors. A soundfront boardwalk runs along the Currituck Sound with shops, restaurants, and several local attractions that you have to experience during your vacation.

The ground floor offers a large rec room with a pool table, a foosball table, an arcade machine, and seating for those just watching the fun or waiting for their turn. Through the rec room is a media den with a sleepsofa, a dining table, a mounted TV, and a wet bar with a sink, a microwave, and a full-sized refrigerator. A sliding glass door leads out to the pool area from the media den. Adjacent to the media den is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. Bedding options on this level include two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two twin bunks. Both bedrooms have mounted flat screen TVs. A shared full bath is centrally located with a shower/tub.
The pool area features everything you need for a fun day in the sun! A private pool with a pool slide, a poolside hot tub, poolside loungers, a sheltered bar area with stool seating, an outdoor dining table, and two enclosed outdoor showers are all available inside the fenced area. Outside the fenced area is a sand volleyball court and a horseshoe pit in the backyard, and a basketball hoop in the driveway.

Central to the middle floor is a media den with a sleepsofa, an armchair, a mounted flat screen TV, a seasonal fireplace, a bookshelf with books, and a sliding glass door that leads to the deck that overlooks the pool area and wraps around to the front of the house. The remaining rooms on the middle floor are bedrooms - three kings and one queen, all with private baths and flat screen TVs. The king bathrooms have walk-in showers; the queen bathroom has a shower/tub. Two of the king bedrooms have sliding glass doors offering direct deck access. The deck has a set of exterior stairs that go down directly to the pool area. The queen bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads to a private north-facing deck.

The great room is furnished with a large sectional sofa, two armchairs, and a seasonal fireplace with a mounted flat screen TV over it. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two sinks, a double oven, a microwave, and plenty of counter space for meal prep and clean up. The dining area is wrapped with picture windows and a sliding glass door that leads to the ocean view deck. Around the corner from the dining area is a small room with a desk and an office chair. A king bedroom with direct deck access to a private deck and a private bath with a walk-in shower round out this level.

Ascend the steps to the top floor of this home to find an elevated seating area with impressive views of the ocean and the area around you. A built-in daybed seating area and deck access are meant to enjoy some peace and quiet and the beauty of the horizon. A queen bedroom is available on this level with a private bath with a walk-in shower. Please note that the elevator does not travel to this level.

Community note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, a tennis court, a pickleball court, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
