An adjacent cinema-style home theater features tiered-seating for epic movie nights! A BluRay player with Netflix capability is available in the theater room. Bedding includes three uniquely appointed suites, each with a private bath, two with king beds and one with a queen. There are two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom to round out this level, one with a king bed and the other with a twin bunkset.

Panoramic ocean views are the highlight of the second floor great room that features a seasonal gas fireplace. The open floor plan offers cathedral ceilings, plenty of windows, and an expansive sun deck with weatherproof decking, all of which create a sanctuary filled with natural light and awe-inspiring views. The great room, dining area, and kitchen are all included in the open layout. The kitchen offers dual appliances including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and two ovens. Bedding options on this level include two suites, each with their own private baths -- one king and one queen. The second king bedroom on this level shares a full bathroom with a bedroom furnished with a twin bunkset.

Neighborhood and Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
