The rec room on the ground floor has a shuffleboard table, a mounted flatscreen TV, many seating options around the room, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, commercial icemaker, sink, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig. Around the corner from the rec room is a small room with a mounted TV and a large beanbag, making this room the perfect spot for young travelers to turn on their favorite show or movie and relax.

A door from the rec room leads out to a covered deck with seating that overlooks the pool area. There are many amenities that vacationers have come to appreciate while staying on the oceanfront. To mention a few - a private pool that can be heated, a cabana area for shade, a hot tub, a private walkway to the beach, a dune top gazebo, outdoor showers, a grassy area, and poolside seating and loungers.

Bedding on the ground floor includes two king bedrooms with private baths with walk-in showers and a bedroom with two pyramid bunks with a private bath with a shower/tub. Laundry facilities are located on this level.

Entertainment options and sleeping accommodations make up the middle floor. The rec room is furnished with a pool table and a mounted flatscreen TV. A half wall separates the rec room and the adjacent theater room. The theater has a row of theater-style chairs and a sectional sofa for movie viewers. A wet bar is conveniently located for those hanging out in either area, offering a sink and mini-fridge. Sliding glass doors from the rec room take you out to the covered deck that has a walkway to an open sundeck and stairs that lead down to the pool area.

Four bedrooms on the middle floor all have king beds. Three of the bedrooms have private baths; one has a shared special access bath that can be accessed from the hallway and the bedroom. All four bathrooms have walk-in showers. Two of the king bedrooms have direct access to a deck. Laundry facilities are located on this level.

Most of the top floor is made up of an open concept space: the great room, dining area, kitchen, and sitting area, and no matter where you are spending time, you can enjoy an impeccable ocean view. The great room has a sectional sofa, armchairs, two built-in benches, and a large flatscreen TV over a seasonal fireplace. The dining area is furnished with a long dining room table and seating for many. Positioned near a sliding glass door, the views are unforgettable while enjoying a meal together. The dining area also has a wet bar with a sink, refrigerator, standard coffee maker, and a Keurig. The kitchen is between the great room and the sitting area. Equipped with a refrigerator, a double wall oven, two dishwashers, a gas range, and a microwave, you can feed a group without the stress that comes along with that. A long island with seating allows those who aren't cooking to be part of the preparation conversations. A sitting area with four armchairs around a central coffee table is located on the west end of this floor, and a sliding glass door leads to a sheltered deck with outdoor seating. Two king bedrooms are on this level, both with private baths with walk-in showers.
