A half bath is located on this floor as well as the laundry room that has a washer, dryer, and sink.Making your way outside, there is a sheltered outdoor seating area under the house, along with an enclosed outdoor shower and a gas grill. A fully-fenced pool area offers a large grassy yard with a private pool, a poolside hot tub, loungers, and an outdoor table with seating around it. Through the fence door are steps that lead up over the dune onto a dune-top gazebo with built-in seating and steps down to the walkway to the beach.
