A theater offers surround sound audio and plush seating for 14. Please note that this home offers two DVR boxes. Bedding includes two king bedrooms with private baths, one of which has special access amenities. A room with a pyramid bunk, and another with two twin bunks and a trundle share a full bath.

Outside amenities include a private custom pool (can be heated with additional fee), ample lounge seating, a gazebo covered kiddie pool, an outdoor speaker system, a poolside cabana with a full bath, and private beach walkway.

Please note: The stormwater pipe is shown in the gallery photos. The town of Kill Devil Hills recommends not swimming within 200 feet of the pipe.

A central den offers cozy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the covered deck. Bedding options include five king bedrooms, each with a private bath, four of which have deck access via a sliding glass door, one with a seasonal gas fireplace, and a Jacuzzi tub. The sixth bedroom has two twin bunks, a trundle, and a private bath.

The upper level offers an elegant great room with ocean views and luxe furnishings, a seasonal gas fireplace, and access to the east facing deck with plenty of outdoor furniture. Guests will love the kitchen with dual appliances (a crockpot and Keurig are available). There are two dining tables, and additional seating at the kitchen bar so you can comfortably feed a crowd. Bedding on this level includes two king bedrooms, both with a private bath, one has a seasonal gas fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub. Climb the stairs to the lofted sports room that has a foosball table, a sofa, and TV. This area is a quiet place to watch the big game or relax with a book.
