A half bath is located in the rec room for those who are tapping into their competitive state while playing games but it's also very convenient for those who are drifting into a more zen state while lounging poolside. Sliding glass doors in the rec room lead to the fully-fenced private pool area that also offers a hot tub, open and covered poolside areas, and an outdoor bar area.
