With gathering areas on each floor, twelve bedrooms with private baths, a large private pool area, and four levels of patio and deck space (including a sundeck and a rooftop deck), Casa Tua will be your choice of vacation home for years to come. The beach is easily accessible from a sidewalk that runs along Dolphin Street to the community beach access. Views of the ocean can be enjoyed from the rooftop deck that sits as high as the house for incredible 360-degree views of the area around you. Its thoughtful layout and top-notch amenities offer both comfort and style, making it the perfect retreat after a day spent exploring all that the Outer Banks has to offer.
A prime Whalehead location means you'll be less than half a mile from the Monterey Plaza, which includes a Food Lion, a local bagel shop, a brewery, and a few local eateries to enjoy! Across the street is the Tim Buck II Shopping Village that offers restuarants, shops, boutiques, and more!

Ground floor entertainment includes a rec room with a pool table, a foosball table, two arcade games, a Smart TV, and a bar area with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. Adjacent to the rec room is a home theater with tiered seating, a large screen for your favorite movies and shows, and an Xbox.
Sliding glass doors from the rec room open to the pool area that boasts a 28' x 14' private pool that can be heated for an additional fee. Added amenities to make your days spent lounging by the pool even better are a large poolside patio with seating, a cabana with a sink, a hot tub positioned under a pergola, two outdoor showers, outdoor speakers, a fire pit, cornhole, and a grill area with two gas grills. Needless to say, you don't have to leave home to experience a fun-filled vacation!
Bedding on this level includes two king bedrooms, each with private baths with walk-in showers, the east king bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads to the poolside patio. There are two bunk rooms located on the opposite side of the house with a total of two pyramid bunks and four twin bunks. Both bunk rooms have private baths with shower/tubs. A laundry room is equipped with two washers, two dryers, and a standalone icemaker.

Mostly dedicated to sleeping accommodations, the middle floor has five bedrooms, each with a king bed, a private bath with custom tiled walk-in showers, and sliding glass doors that lead to the deck that wraps around three sides of the home and extends over the poolside cabana to provide an open deck for the sun lovers of the group. One king bedroom is special access friendly, including a wide doorframe and a bathroom with a roll-under sink, roll-in shower, shower seat, and grab bars. A gathering area on this level has a poker table, a Smart TV, a bar ledge with seating, and a wet bar with a sink and a beverage fridge.

The great room features inviting natural light through many picture windows, exposed beams, and an open floor plan so your vacation group can spend time together comfortably. Adjacent to the great room is the kitchen, fully equipped for preparing everything from casual snacks to elaborate meals. Appliances include two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a 48" dual fuel range with double ovens, two sinks, and an under-counter microwave. A standard drip coffee maker and Keurigs are available. A large island offers a place for meal prep and a central spot to display a beautifully cooked meal for all to enjoy as a group. The dining area ensures an effortless entertaining and dining experience and includes a nearby wet bar with a sink, beverage fridge, and bar seating.
Three king bedrooms round out this level. Each room has its own private bath with a custom tiled walk-in shower and direct deck access via sliding glass doors.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: A first floor king bathroom has a roll-under sink, a roll-in shower, a shower seat, and grab bars. This property has an elevator that travels to all levels. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
