This top level is the perfect place for any type of group gathering, with its open great room, large dining area that seats many, spacious kitchen with island seating and separate breakfast bar, screened porch for sunset viewing, front covered porch facing the ocean, and easy access to the crow's nest deck. Walk off the kitchen to the sunset screen porch and dial up your favorite tunes on the in-ceiling speakers as you look out over the resort-like pool area.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
