Two of the ten DVD players in this home are Blu-ray players. Bedroom options include one queen with a private bath, and two rooms that share a full hall bathroom: one furnished with two twin bunks and another with two twin beds. Outdoors, enjoy a private pool area with an outdoor speaker system and hot tub, two outdoor showers (one enclosed and one at the gate to the private beach walkway with covered dune top gazebo), and easy access to the shoreline.

Mid-level covered decks overlook both the ocean and Wright Brothers Memorial, and are accessible by three of the four bedrooms. Two king bedrooms are oceanfacing, and the third king is located on the west end of the house. The fourth bedroom is a queen. All bedrooms on this level have a private bath.

The top floor great room is bathed in light from expansive windows, and features sweeping ocean views, a 40" flat screen with surround sound, and a wet bar with undercounter icemaker and mini-fridge. Chefs in your group will delight in the spacious kitchen, offering two dishwashers, double oven, cooktop, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, regular coffee maker, Keurig, and slow cooker. A rustic chic dining table comfortably seats 12, and a breakfast table and kitchen bar seating provide more casual areas to dine. The oceanfacing decks are a sanctuary in and of themselves, with outdoor rocking chairs that overlook the water. The top floor king bedroom enjoys a private west-facing balcony, and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
