A private pier extends into sound waters and offers shaded built-in seating. This is the ideal location to launch a kayak (the homeowner provides two single kayaks and one double kayak), try stand up paddle boarding (the homeowner provides one) or spend the afternoon catching fish for the gas grill...all from your own backyard! An outdoor charging outlet for Teslas/other compatible electric vehicles that use a 240 volt NEMA 14-50 outlet is also available, as well as a 40-amp Tesla charging cord.

The second floor opens to a large great room with sweeping sound views. The living area is furnished with two plush sofas and an arm chair arranged around a seasonal gas fireplace and flat screen TV. The adjoining dining area is furnished with a table that seats eight guests and casual seating is available at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, range/stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, and abundant countertops and storage. A half bath is conveniently located, and doors lead the sun deck where you can savor color drenched sunsets over tranquil sound waters. This level is completed with a large king suite with water views, flatscreen SmartTV, sun deck access, and a private bath with dual sink vanity.

Updates for 2023: New flooring and carpeting throughout the house; both 2nd floor (top level) bathrooms were remodeled; new kitchen dishwasher and fridge; new inflatable stand up paddle board; the backyard fence was moved out 10 feet on the sides to create an extra 20 feet of waterfront!
