The recreation area is outfitted with a pool table, flat screen TV, drink ledge and a kitchenette with sink, microwave and full refrigerator with icemaker for chilled snacks and beverages. A bar with seating for three separates the game and media areas. The media area is ideal for sporting events and movie viewing, equipped with plush sofa seating and 50'' flat screen TV. A half bath is conveniently located, and a dog crate is provided by the owners for the furry friends in your group.
Rec room doors open to a sheltered rear patio with drink ledge with seating for three that overlooks the pool area. Additional activities include a sandy volleyball area, horseshoe pit and basketball hoop. Tunes stream from outdoor speakers, and a park grill is available to prepare casual outdoor meals throughout your stay.

An intimate king suite, a family suite with one queen and one twin bed and a third suite with a pyramid bunk with trundle provide options for many in your traveling group. All have private bathrooms with dual sink vanities, flat screen TVs and direct access to the wraparound deck. A laundry room with two washer and dryer units is centrally located. The covered deck is furnished with relaxing swings and seating options to enjoy fresh sea breezes. Gather together in the mid-level media den to relax in comfort. This cozy space offers a wraparound sofa, arm chair, 65" TV with surround sound and deck access.

Sip morning coffee and evening cocktails while savoring ocean to sound views from furnished sun decks. The top level is completed with two delightful king suites with flat screen TVs, direct deck access, and private baths with dual sink vanities, one with a Jacuzzi tub.

Community note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, a tennis court, a pickleball court, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Updates for 2023: The pool area was updated with artificial turf.
Updates for 2022: New furniture throughout, new washer and dryer, TVs were updated to Smart TVs, Bluetooth capable sound bar added to rec room.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point.
