The first floor features an open great room with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing memorable views of water and sky. A wrap-around sofa with a chaise lounger is nestled in front of a Smart TV. Water view dining is available at a table for eight guests, and there is casual seating for four at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is outfitted with a stainless steel refrigerator with an icemaker, range/stove, microwave, and two dishwashers. There is a Keurig available for the coffee lovers. A laundry room with one washer and dryer unit and a half bath are centrally located. A king bedroom features peaceful water views, a Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a dual sink vanity, tile shower, and relaxing Jacuzzi tub. The waterfront sun deck is furnished for leisure and is accessible from this bedroom suite and the great room.
A side wing over the garage is home to a media den and a king bedroom. The media den has seating, a Smart TV, and a wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator with an icemaker in the freezer. The king bedroom is bright and airy with a Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.

The second floor opens to a central recreation room with a pool table and a wet bar with a sink. A variety of bedding options are available on this level, including two king bedrooms with Smart TVs and private baths. A family suite is comprised of one king bedroom with a Smart TV and a bedroom furnished with two twin bunks that share a full hallway bathroom.

Updates for 2024: New furniture in the media den, a dry bar added on the 1st floor, new twin bunks, the 2nd floor queen was upgraded to a king, the pool was resurfaced, new pool deck, new poolside cabana, new decking, new bulkhead, and new soundsfront walkway with seating and launch.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Security camera: This property has a camera installed on the exterior of the front door.
