A cozy oceanside den is furnished with a sleepsofa, desk and chair, a flatscreen TV, and offers ocean views and direct covered deck access. Laundry facilities are located on this level. The covered deck with ocean views offers a refreshing reprieve from the sun.

Updates for 2022: Major pool remodel - the concrete around the pool removed, new pool with tanning ledge, and new pool pavers installed.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Community Note: Trailers, boats, and mobile homes/RVs are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only permitted in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are also prohibited in Ocean Sands.
